An important aspect of my teaching is reflection, reflection on my teaching and my scholarship; it is through this metacognition that I continue to grow as an educator, continuing to meet my students' unique needs. With metacognition as an important part of my teaching, I have created a blog through which I not only reflect on my experiences, but also hope to read about others' reflections and advice about their teaching.
